| LD type single girder overhead crane is consisting of the girder, electric hoist, long travelling mechanism, cabin or hand controller, and electrical control system. Depending on the different ways of electric hoist installing, LD type crane could be divided into the following types. |

Motor The motors are used specially crane duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing & braking in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 ISO 14001:2004. Motors are totally enclosed in dust proof construction foot/flange mounted TESC/TEFC, Sq. cage motors with integrated safety brakes, insulation class F, IP54 protection for hoisting, CT< motions. |

Crane girder The Girder adopts the welding structure of U-shaped groove and structure with the I-steel. All this leads to lower dead weight and high degree rigidity of vertical and horizontal and small wheel loads being transmitted to the runway. |

Gear box The entire gear boxes are made of accurate hob cut helical/spur gears & pinions having hardness 250 to 350 BHN made from carbon alloy steel. All gears & pinions running on antifriction type ball/roller bearings in totally enclosed oil bath giving constant splash lubrication. The helical/Spur gear designed for adequate strength and optimum wear resistance for smooth operation & long life. |

Brakes Failsafe magnetic or hydraulic brakes of 150% torque or more are fitted on shaft extensions. For heavy duty cranes a second brake can be mounted to ensure failsafe operation. |

Wheels The wheels of crane crab, main beam and end carriage are produced in our special workshop (No sand inclusion technic) which makes our wheels more elastic and outer surface hard-wearing and durable. |

Electrical Panel Modular design, easy installation and maintenance, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading. |

1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself. 2.
