Brief introduction
LX Model Single Girder Suspended EOT Crane 0.5 Ton is one small crane running on rails, matched with CD1 or  MD1 electric hoists.Lifting weight 0.5~5t, work span 3~16m, running spead 20 or 30m/min.   This crane uses ground type operation, A3~A5 working level, -25~45℃ working temperature, relative humidity < 85%,  suitable for the non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive manufacturing plants, assembly plants and  warehouses.   The structures are main girders, beams, trolley, electrical appliances and lifting mechanism.

Main types
LD type single girder overhead crane is consisting of the girder, electric hoist, long travelling mechanism, cabin or hand controller, and electrical control system. Depending on the different ways of electric hoist installing, LD type crane could be divided into the following types.
LX model double girder overhead crane
It is specially designed for the workshop where the I steel orbit is equipped high even to the roof. This kind of production is design for various workshop with high orbit

LDA type single girder overhead crane
It is one normal type crane.The hoisting mechanism is the hoist which is running at the I-steel under the main girder.
LDC type single girder overhead crane
It is designed to meet the demand for high lifting height in low workshop. The electric hoist moves along the bottom flange of the girder, thus the lifting height is increased efficiently.
LDP model double girder overhead crane
It provides the highest lifting height in the same condition compared with LDA and LDC type. The electric hoist fixed on the trolley frame moves on the girder, so that the max. lifting height increases outstandingly .
Safety Feature
1. Overload protection: If the material is over the capacity, the crane will give a sharp warning for protection itself. 2.
